Consultation
Wedding Cakes
A full consultation will be provided, I start with a phone consultation, the free consultation will be to discuss design and flavours. Then I will make a taster box of three flavours you would like to try for £10.00, additional flavours will be chargeable.
After tasting our beautiful cakes, a full proposal will be sent to you with the details we have discussed and costs.
Celebration cakes
Send your ideas for us to create your celebration cakes. Once the design is confirmed a deposit will be required.
Financial Obligations
Wedding Cakes
Following your consultation your wedding date will be secure for 7 days. To secure the date a £50.00 non-refundable deposit will be required. The remaining balance will be required 1 month prior. Payment dates will be stated on your confirmation invoice, along with payment methods.
Final payment - I will produce your cakes exactly as wrote on your final invoice and booking form, which is required to be signed. Please double check that it is detailed as you require. By paying your final invoice, you are confirming that what is detailed on that form is exactly what you want me to provide
Celebration Cakes, afternoon tea, etc
Confirmation Invoice will be issued once the design has been confirmed. A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be required to secure the booking and the remaining balance 2 weeks prior. If bookings are made out of this time frame full payment will be required at the time of invoice.
Final payment - I will produce your cakes exactly as wrote on your final invoice and booking form. Please double check that it is detailed as you require. By paying your final invoice, you are confirming that what is detailed on that form is exactly what you want me to provide
Cancellation
Celebration cakes, afternoon tea etc
If you cancel a month in advance and no items have been pre-ordered, no charges will apply. Less than a month full cancellation charges will apply.
Wedding Cakes
If the booking is cancelled more than 2 months in advance, any costs that are incurred in preparation for the wedding cake will not be refunded. If this exceeds the deposit amount an invoice will be sent and payable within 7 days, will be required.
If the cancellation is between 2 and 1 month, cancellation charges of 75% of the invoice value apply.
If cancelled less than 1 month 100% cancellation charges will apply.
I reserve the right to cancel orders for unforeseen circumstances e.g Illness etc. We will endeavour to source an alternative solution in this event but a full refund may be issued.
Allergens
If you have any allergens please do make us aware and we will do the up most to accommodate your requirements.
"Some of our cakes contain allergenic foods. Despite our best efforts, due to our kitchen environment, there is a risk that traces of these may be in other cakes that we make."
Insurance
Let's Eat Cake Warwick is insured for £2,000,000 of public liability insurance.
Deliveries and collection
Weddings
Delivery charges and set up charges do apply. This depends on the size of the cake and location. This will all be discussed as part of your consultation and will be factored into your invoice.
Delivery - I am happy to deliver your cakes. I can give you a price for delivery based on the location of your venue. Set up - Please make sure that the correct address and postcode of your venue is on your invoice. If you request that we leave your cakes somewhere or with someone, this is your responsibility. I will not be liable if they do not arrive with you safely after I have handed them over. I will not be held liable if anything happens after I have set the cake up. I won't be held responsible for any damage to the cakes or the stand after I have delivered them to you or your venue.
Celebration cakes
Delivery charges may apply and collection is welcome. This can all be discussed during your consultation.

Design Rights
We create your cakes as similar to your request/pictures as possible. We do not copy designs and will suggest some design changes to provide you with a unique cake.
Cake Stand Hire
We do have cake stands for hire. Please refer to our products list and charges of hire will be added to you confirmation invoice. It is the clients responsibility to return the stand and in the condition it was delivered in. If the stand is lost then the client will be charged the replacement charge.
Complaints
If you are sadly not happy with anything we have supplied to you. Please do contact us within a week of supply, sooner if possible.
